The present invention relates to a technology that can effectively remove unnecessary objects generated between a workpiece and a tool electrode. This invention comprises: a processing step of processing a workpiece 1 by applying a voltage between the workpiece 1 and a tool electrode 10 in a state in which a working fluid 41 exists in a gap formed between the workpiece 1 and the tool electrode 10; and a discharge step of causing the working fluid 41 to flow by narrowing the gap between the workpiece 1 and the tool electrode 10, whereby the unnecessary objects existing between the workpiece 1 and the tool electrode 10 are removed or reduced.

La présente invention concerne une technologie qui peut éliminer efficacement des objets inutiles générés entre une pièce à travailler et une électrode d'outil. La présente invention comprend : une étape de traitement consistant à traiter une pièce à travailler (1) par application d’une tension entre la pièce à travailler (1) et une électrode d'outil (10) dans un état dans lequel un fluide actif (41) est présent dans un espace formé entre la pièce à travailler (1) et l'électrode d'outil (10) ; et une étape d’évacuation consistant à amener le fluide actif (41) à s'écouler par rétrécissement de l'espace entre la pièce à travailler (1) et l'électrode d'outil (10), moyennant quoi les objets inutiles existant entre la pièce à travailler (1) et l'électrode d'outil (10) sont éliminés ou réduits.

本発明は、工作物と工具電極の間に生成される不要物を効果的に除去できる技術に関するものである。この発明は、工作物1と工具電極10との間に形成されたギャップに加工液41が存在する状態で、工作物1と工具電極10との間に電圧を印加することによって、工作物1を加工する加工ステップと、工作物1と工具電極10との間のギャップを工作物1の加工時よりも狭めることにより加工液41を流動させ、これによって、工作物1と工具電極10との間に存在する不要物を除去又は減少させる排出ステップとを備える。
