This current output circuit includes: an input circuit that, when a first current is inputted, outputs a second current corresponding to the first current; an output circuit that outputs a third current corresponding to the second current; and a control circuit that causes the output circuit to output a current when a control signal is inputted before the first current is inputted to the input circuit. The output circuit has a first group of transistors, and the input circuit has a second group of transistors.

La présente invention porte sur un circuit de sortie de courant comprenant : un circuit d'entrée qui délivre en sortie, lorsqu'un premier courant est appliqué en entrée, un deuxième courant correspondant au premier courant ; un circuit de sortie qui délivre en sortie un troisième courant correspondant au deuxième courant ; et un circuit de commande qui amène le circuit de sortie à délivrer en sortie un courant lorsqu'un signal de commande est appliqué en entrée avant que le premier courant ne soit appliqué en entrée au circuit d'entrée. Le circuit de sortie comporte un premier groupe de transistors, et le circuit d'entrée comporte un second groupe de transistors.
