This tire surface image display method includes: a step of capturing a surface image of a tire (1) on a surface (1a) of which a mark having protrusions and recesses has been formed; a step of acquiring waveform data from the captured surface image; a step of creating a histogram from the waveform data; a step of, on the basis of the histogram, determining a first class threshold for distinguishing between the brightness of protruding portions of the mark and the brightness of the surface other than the protruding portions, and a second class threshold for distinguishing between the brightness of recessed portions of the mark and the brightness of the surface other than the recessed portions; and a step of using three attributes of color to depict a region of the histogram equal to or greater than the first class threshold, a region less than the first class threshold and greater than the second class threshold, and a region equal to or less than the second class threshold, thereby displaying the surface image of the tire, including the mark, on a screen (11a).

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'affichage d'image de surface de pneu comprenant : une étape de capture d'une image de surface d'un pneu (1) sur une surface (1a) dont une marque présentant des saillies et des évidements a été formée ; une étape d'acquisition de données de forme d'onde à partir de l'image de surface capturée ; une étape de création d'un histogramme à partir des données de forme d'onde ; une étape de, sur la base de l'histogramme, détermination d'un premier seuil de classe permettant de faire la distinction entre la luminosité de parties en saillie de la marque et la luminosité de la surface différente des parties en saillie, et un second seuil de classe permettant de faire la distinction entre la luminosité de parties évidées de la marque et la luminosité de la surface différente des parties évidées ; et une étape d'utilisation de trois attributs de couleur pour représenter une région de l'histogramme égale ou supérieure au premier seuil de classe, une région inférieure au premier seuil de classe et supérieure au second seuil de classe et une région égale ou inférieure au second seuil de classe, ce qui permet d'afficher l'image de surface du pneu, comprenant la marque, sur un écran (11a).

タイヤ表面の画像表示方法は、表面(1a)に凹凸のあるマークが形成されたタイヤ(1)の表面画像を撮像する工程と、該撮像した表面画像より、波形データを取得する工程と、前記波形データより、ヒストグラムを作成する工程と、前記ヒストグラムに基づき、前記マークの凸部の輝度と前記凸部以外の前記表面の輝度とを区別する第1の階級閾値、および、前記マークの凹部の輝度と前記凹部以外の前記表面の輝度とを区別する第2の階級閾値を決定する工程と、前記ヒストグラムの前記第1の階級閾値以上の領域、前記第1の階級閾値未満で前記第2の階級閾値を超える領域、および、前記第2の階級閾値以下の領域を、色の三属性を用いて表現することで、画面(11a)上に前記マークを含む前記タイヤの表面画像を表示する工程と、を含む。
