Abstract

The present invention pertains to a toothed belt that is made of rubber and comprises: a belt body including a plurality of tooth sections formed of a first rubber composition and provided at a predetermined interval in a longitudinal direction, a back section formed of a second rubber composition and integrated with the tooth sections, and core wires embedded in the back section in the longitudinal direction; and a tooth cloth covering the surfaces of the plurality of tooth sections, wherein the first rubber composition forming the tooth sections contains a composite polymer containing a hydrogenated nitrile rubber and a metal salt of an unsaturated carboxylic acid at a mass ratio (former/latter) of 100/80-100/180, and with respect to 100 parts by mass of the composite polymer, the first rubber composition contains 3-50 parts by mass of zinc oxide, 3-50 parts by mass of a non-reinforcing filler, 10 parts by mass or less of a reinforcing filler, 5 parts by mass or less of short fibers, and 1-5 parts by mass of an organic peroxide.

La présente invention concerne une courroie crantée qui est constituée de caoutchouc et qui comprend : un corps de courroie comprenant une pluralité de sections de crans formées à partir d'une première composition de caoutchouc et disposées à un intervalle prédéterminé dans une direction longitudinale, une section arrière formée à partir d'une seconde composition de caoutchouc et intégrée aux sections de crans, et des fils de cœur incorporés dans la section arrière dans la direction longitudinale ; et un tissu de crans recouvrant les surfaces de la pluralité de sections de crans, la première composition de caoutchouc formant les sections de crans contenant un polymère composite contenant un caoutchouc nitrile hydrogéné et un sel métallique d'un acide carboxylique insaturé selon un rapport de masse (premier/second) de 100/80 à 100/180, et par rapport à 100 parties en masse du polymère composite, la première composition de caoutchouc contient 3 à 50 parties en masse d'oxyde de zinc, 3 à 50 parties en masse d'une charge non renforçante, 10 parties en masse ou moins d'une charge de renforcement, 5 parties en masse ou moins de fibres courtes et 1 à 5 parties en masse d'un peroxyde organique.
