Provided is a powder for shaping that is suitable for use in additional processing for forming a powder into near net shapes and that is capable of producing a high-speed tool steel containing no coarse carbides, even when soaking, which has been necessary for ingot making, is omitted. The powder for shaping has a composition which contains, in terms of mass%, 0.4-0.9% C, up to 1.0% Si, up to 1.0% Mn, 4.0-6.0% Cr, 1.5-6.0% W and/or Mo in terms of 1/2W+Mo (W being up to 3.0%), and 0.5-3.0% V and/or Nb in terms of V+Nb, with the remainder comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities.

L'invention concerne une poudre pour mise en forme qui est appropriée pour une utilisation dans un traitement supplémentaire pour former des formes quasi-définitives avec une poudre, et qui est apte à produire un acier d'outil à grande vitesse ne contenant pas de carbures grossiers, même lorsque le trempage, qui a été nécessaire pour la fabrication du lingot, est omis. La poudre pour mise en forme a une composition qui contient, en termes de % en masse, 0,4-0,9 % de C, jusqu'à 1,0 % de Si, jusqu'à 1,0 % de Mn, 4,0-6,0 % de Cr, 1,5-6,0 % de W et/ou de Mo en termes de 1/2W+Mo (W allant jusqu'à 3,0 %), et 0,5-3,0 % de V et/ou de Nb en termes de V+Nb, le reste comprenant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables.
