A power conversion circuit (12) arranged stacked on a motor in a direction orthogonal to a rotation shaft (23) of the motor (23–25) and driving the motor. A cooling channel, being a section through which a refrigerant flows that cools the motor and the power conversion circuit, includes: a motor-side cooling unit (21) that cools the motor; and a circuit-side cooling unit (13) that is connected to the motor-side cooling unit, is arranged further upstream than the motor-side cooling unit, and cools the power conversion circuit. A housing (40) integrally houses the motor and the power conversion circuit and has the cooling channel. The circuit-side cooling unit has: a circuit-side channel (13c) arranged between the power conversion circuit and the motor; and an inlet (13a) for refrigerant flowing to the circuit-side channel and an outlet (13b) for refrigerant flowing from the circuit-side channel, which are provided on the motor side of the circuit-side channel. The motor-side cooling unit is provided around the motor, has part thereof arranged between the motor and the circuit-side channel, and connects to either the inlet or the outlet.

L'invention concerne un circuit de conversion de puissance (12) disposé de manière empilée sur un moteur dans une direction orthogonale à un arbre de rotation (23) du moteur (23-25) et entraînant le moteur. Un canal de refroidissement, qui est une section à travers laquelle circule un fluide frigorigène qui refroidit le moteur et le circuit de conversion de puissance, comprend : une unité de refroidissement côté moteur (21) qui refroidit le moteur ; et une unité de refroidissement côté circuit (13) qui est reliée à l'unité de refroidissement côté moteur, et est disposée plus en amont que l'unité de refroidissement côté moteur et refroidit le circuit de conversion de puissance. Un boîtier (40) loge d'un seul tenant le moteur et le circuit de conversion de puissance et comprend le canal de refroidissement. L'unité de refroidissement côté circuit comprend : un canal côté circuit (13c) agencé entre le circuit de conversion de puissance et le moteur ; et une entrée (13a) pour le fluide frigorigène s'écoulant vers le canal côté circuit et une sortie (13b) pour le fluide frigorigène s'écoulant à partir du canal côté circuit, qui sont disposées sur le côté moteur du canal côté circuit. L'unité de refroidissement côté moteur est disposée autour du moteur, a une partie de celle-ci disposée entre le moteur et le canal côté circuit, et se connecte soit à l'entrée soit à la sortie.
