The present invention relates to a method for fracturing a metal component 1, B which has a prescribed through hole 5a, and which has a groove portion 17 formed continuously from a first open end of the through hole to a second open end thereof, in a position corresponding to an inner circumferential surface of the through hole, the method enabling the metal component to fracture from the groove portion, and including: identifying a position δ, δ1, δ2 in the groove portion of the metal component at which stress is to be caused to concentrate when the metal component starts to fracture; forming a stress concentration portion 19 in a position in a bottom portion of the groove portion corresponding the identified position in the groove portion, in order for the identified position to become a failure starting point; and causing a crack S1 to be generated from the stress concentration portion 19 on the groove portion earlier than at each portion of the groove portion when the metal component begins to fracture, thereby causing a crack S2 to develop from each portion of the groove portion.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fracturation d'un composant métallique 1, B qui a un trou traversant prescrit (5a) et qui a une partie rainure (17) formée en continu d'une première extrémité ouverte du trou traversant à une seconde extrémité ouverte de celui-ci, dans une position correspondant à une surface circonférentielle interne du trou traversant, le procédé permettant au composant métallique de se fracturer à partir de la partie rainure comprenant : l'identification d'une position δ, δ1, δ2 dans la partie rainure du composant métallique à laquelle la contrainte doit être amenée à se concentrer lorsque le composant métallique commence à se fracturer; la formation d'une partie de concentration de contrainte (19) dans une position dans une partie inférieure de la partie rainure correspondant à la position identifiée dans la partie rainure, afin que la position identifiée devienne un point de départ de défaillance; et le fait d'entraîner la génération d'une fissure S1 à partir de la partie de concentration de contrainte (19) sur la partie rainure plus tôt qu'au niveau de chaque partie de la partie rainure lorsque le composant métallique commence à se fracturer, amenant ainsi une fissure S2 à se développer à partir de chaque partie de la partie rainure.

本発明は、所定の貫通孔5aを有した金属製部品1,Bを有し、貫通孔の内周面の対向する位置に、貫通孔の第1開口端から第2開口端まで連続する溝部17を形成し、金属製部品を溝部から破断可能とする金属製部品の破断方法であって、金属製部品の溝部において、当該金属製部品の破断開始時において応力を集中させる位置δ、δ1、δ2を特定し、溝部の特定した位置を破壊起点とするべく、当該特定した位置と対応する溝部の底部の位置に応力集中部19を形成し、金属製部品の破断開始時、溝部上の応力集中部19から、溝部の各部よりも最先に亀裂S1を生じさせ、溝部の各部から亀裂S2を進展させるものとした。
