A hot-rolled steel sheet contains C, Si, Mn and sol. Al as chemical components, and has such a property that the sum total of the mean pole density in direction groups consisting of {211}<111> to {111}<112> and the pole density in a {110}<001> crystal direction in a surface region thereof is 0.5 to 6.0 inclusive and the tensile strength is 780 to 1370 MPa inclusive.

La présente invention concerne une feuille d'acier laminée à chaud contenant du C, du Si, du Mn et seulement de l'Al comme constituants chimiques, et présente une propriété telle que la somme totale de la densité moyenne de pôles dans des groupes de direction composés de {211}<111> à {111}<112> et la densité polaire dans une direction cristalline {110}<001> dans une région de surface de cette dernière est de 0,5 à 6,0 inclus et la résistance à la traction est de 780 à 1370 MPa inclus.
