This disc brake is provided with a first reduction gear to which rotation from an electric motor is transmitted, and a planetary gear reduction mechanism to which rotation from the first reduction gear is transmitted. The first reduction gear includes a stepped gear having a large-diameter gear and a small-diameter gear. The large-diameter gear and a carrier to which rotation from the planetary gear reduction mechanism is transmitted are arranged so as to overlap radially. Thus, with the disc brake, it is possible to achieve axial size reduction and to improve ease of mounting on a vehicle.

La présente invention concerne un frein à disque doté d'un premier engrenage de réduction auquel la rotation d'un moteur électrique est transmise et d'un mécanisme de réduction d'engrenage planétaire auquel la rotation du premier engrenage de réduction est transmise. Le premier engrenage de réduction comprend un engrenage étagé comprenant un engrenage de grand diamètre et un engrenage de petit diamètre. L'engrenage de grand diamètre et un support auxquels la rotation du mécanisme de réduction d'engrenage planétaire est transmise sont agencés de manière à se chevaucher radialement. Ainsi, avec le frein à disque, il est possible d'obtenir une réduction de taille axiale et d'améliorer la facilité de montage sur un véhicule.

本ディスクブレーキは、電動モータからの回転が伝達される第1減速歯車と、該第1減速歯車からの回転が伝達される遊星歯車減速機構と、を備え、第1減速歯車は、大径歯車及び小径歯車を有する段付歯車を含み、大径歯車と、遊星歯車減速機構からの回転が伝達されるキャリアとは、径方向で重なるように配置される。これにより、本ディスクブレーキでは、軸方向に沿って小型化することができ、車両への搭載性を向上させることができる。
