Provided is a motion guidance device which can be prevented from early stage shaking even when it is used in an environment where excessive moment is applied. A crowning (12) is formed at the end of the load rolling body rolling surface (4b) of a mobile body (3), and a chamfered part (13) is formed at the end of the crowning (12). L/Da>4 is set, where L denotes the total length of the crowning (12) and the chamfered part (13) in the longitudinal direction of the load rolling body rolling surface (4b), and Da denotes the diameter of a ball (6). The maximum depth D of the chamfered part (13) is set equal to or larger than the elastic deformation amounts of the rolling body (6), the load rolling body rolling surface (4b) of the mobile body (3), and the rolling body rolling surface (2a) of a raceway member (2) when a radial load of 60% or more of a basic dynamic rated load (C) is applied.
