The present art relates to a sensor and a control method for making it possible to flexibly detect an event that is a change in an electrical signal of a pixel. The sensor has: pixels for receiving light, performing photoelectric conversion, and generating electrical signals; and event detection units for detecting an event that is a change in the electrical signal of a pixel; the gain of the event detection units being adjusted for each pixel. The present art can be applied, for example, to a sensor for detecting an event that is a change in the electrical signal of a pixel.

La présente invention concerne un capteur et un procédé de commande permettant de détecter de manière flexible un événement qui est un changement dans un signal électrique d'un pixel. Le capteur comprend : des pixels pour recevoir de la lumière, effectuer une conversion photoélectrique et générer des signaux électriques ; et des unités de détection d'événement pour détecter un événement qui est un changement dans le signal électrique d'un pixel ; le gain des unités de détection d'événement étant ajusté pour chaque pixel. La présente invention peut par exemple s'appliquer à des capteurs permettant de détecter un événement qui est un changement du signal électrique d'un pixel.
