Provided is a technology with which it is possible to easily measure the electrical resistance of cultured cells, by using a generic cell culture vessel. This electrode retention member (1) is used to arrange electrodes in multiple recesses formed in a well plate. The electrode retention member (1) has a tabular and insulating substrate (11) and a plurality of electrode parts (10). The substrate (11) has a plurality of observation openings (13) arranged in a grid configuration, and extends horizontally. The respective electrode parts (10) are arranged in the vicinity of some or all of the observation openings (13). Each of the electrode parts (10) has a first electrode section (40) and a second electrode section (50). The first electrode section (40) and the second electrode section respectively have one end thereof fixed to the substrate (11), and extend downward from the substrate (11).

L'invention concerne une technique permettant de mesurer facilement la résistance électrique de cellules cultivées, en utilisant un récipient de culture cellulaire générique. Un élément de retenue d'électrode (1) est utilisé pour agencer des électrodes dans de multiples évidements formés dans une plaque de puits. L'élément de retenue d'électrode (1) possède un substrat tabulaire et isolant (11) et une pluralité de parties d'électrode (10). Le substrat (11) comporte une pluralité d'ouvertures d'observation (13) agencées dans une configuration de grille, et s'étend horizontalement. Les parties d'électrode (10) respectives sont disposées à proximité d'une partie ou de la totalité des ouvertures d'observation (13). Chacune des parties d'électrode (10) possède une première section d'électrode (40) et une seconde section d'électrode (50). La première section d'électrode (40) et la seconde section d'électrode ont respectivement une extrémité correspondante fixée au substrat (11), et s'étendent vers le bas à partir du substrat (11).

汎用的な細胞培養容器を用いて、培養された細胞の電気抵抗を簡便に計測することができる技術を提供する。この電極保持部材(1)は、複数の凹部を有するウェルプレートの凹部内に電極を配置するための部材である。電極保持部材(1)は、平板状かつ絶縁性の基板(11)と、複数の電極部(10)とを有する。基板(11)は、格子状に配置された複数の観察用開口(13)を有し、水平方向に延びる。電極部(10)は、観察用開口(13)の一部または全てのそれぞれの近傍に配置される。電極部(10)はそれぞれ、第1電極部(40)および第2電極部(50)を有する。第1電極部(40)および第2電極部は、一端を基板(11)に固定され、基板(11)から下方へ延びる。
