The present invention addresses the problem of providing a liquid sample analysis method, with which a kinetically slow equilibrium at the liquid-solid interface, which becomes an issue when a liquid sample is analyzed by a chemical sensor, is solved. In the liquid sample analysis method according to one embodiment of the present invention, components to be analyzed in a liquid sample are adsorbed onto a receptor layer of a chemical sensor, one or a plurality of types of gases are then provided to this chemical sensor, and a response thereto is measured. By this, since the slow equilibrium at the liquid-solid interface is not used, high-sensitivity measurement can be performed in a short time, and existing results regarding the analysis of a gas sample on which the study is being conducted can be utilized.

La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à proposer un procédé d'analyse d'échantillon liquide, avec lequel un équilibre cinétiquement lent au niveau de l'interface liquide-solide, qui devient un problème lorsqu'un échantillon liquide est analysé par un capteur chimique, est évité. Dans le procédé d'analyse d'échantillon liquide selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, des composants à analyser dans un échantillon liquide sont adsorbés sur une couche réceptrice d'un capteur chimique, un ou plusieurs types de gaz sont ensuite amenés jusqu'à ce capteur chimique, et sa réponse à ceux-ci est mesurée. Ainsi, étant donné que l'équilibre lent au niveau de l'interface liquide-solide n'est pas utilisé, une mesure à haute sensibilité peut être effectuée en un court laps de temps, et les résultats existants concernant l'analyse d'un échantillon de gaz sur lequel l'étude est réalisée peuvent être utilisés.

本発明は、化学センサーによる液体試料の分析を行う際に問題となる液体-固体界面での動力学的に緩慢な平衡という問題を解決する液体試料分析方法を提供する。本発明の一実施形態に係る液体試料分析方法では、化学センサーの受容体層に液体試料中の分析対象成分を吸着させた後、この化学センサーに1または複数種類のガスを与え、その応答を測定する。これにより緩慢な液体-固体界面の平衡を利用していないので、短時間で高感度の測定を行うことができ、また研究の進んでいる気体試料の分析に関する既存の成果を利用することができる。
