Abstract

A display panel which can be easily repaired, a display panel manufacturing method and a substrate are provided. This display panel is provided with a substrate, a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and multiple pixels each of which includes subpixels of multiple colors. Each of the subpixels has a driving transistor, a conductive layer electrically connected to the driving transistor, a pixel electrode to which a signal with a controlled current value is applied from the driving transistor via the conductive layer, and a light emitting element mounted on the pixel electrode. Each pixel has a mounting electrode overlapping the conductive layer of each subpixel. The multiple pixels include first pixels in which the mounting electrode is electrically in a floating state.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage qu'il est possible de réparer facilement, un procédé de fabrication de panneau d'affichage et un substrat. Le présent panneau d'affichage est pourvu d'un substrat, d'une première couche isolante, d'une seconde couche isolante et de multiples pixels comprenant individuellement des sous-pixels de couleurs multiples. Chacun des sous-pixels comporte un transistor d'attaque, une couche conductrice électriquement connectée au transistor d'attaque, une électrode de pixel à laquelle le transistor d'attaque applique un signal ayant une valeur de courant régulé par l'intermédiaire de la couche conductrice, et un élément électroluminescent monté sur l'électrode de pixel. Chaque pixel comporte une électrode de montage superposée à la couche conductrice de chaque sous-pixel. Les multiples pixels comprennent des premiers pixels dans lesquels l'électrode de montage est électriquement dans un état flottant.
