A metal powder device according to the present invention is provided with: a first crucible (31) for producing a molten metal by heating and melting a melt raw material (30); a first heating device (33) for heating and melting metal in the first crucible; a stopper (34) which opens and closes a first opening part (35) provided on a bottom surface of the first crucible; an introducing pipe (36) which has one end connected to the first opening part of the first crucible and guides the molten metal in the first crucible to the outside of the first crucible; a second crucible (32) which receives molten metal flown out of the introducing pipe; a second heating device (37) for heating the second crucible; and a molten material nozzle (11) provided on the bottom surface of the second crucible.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de poudre métallique comprenant : un premier creuset (31) destiné à produire un métal en fusion par chauffage et fusion d'une matière première fondue (30) ; un premier dispositif de chauffage (33) destiné à chauffer et faire fondre le métal dans le premier creuset ; un bouchon (34) qui ouvre et ferme une première partie d'ouverture (35) disposée sur une surface inférieure du premier creuset ; un tuyau d'introduction (36) qui présente une extrémité raccordée à la première partie d'ouverture du premier creuset et guide le métal en fusion dans le premier creuset vers l'extérieur du premier creuset ; un second creuset (32) qui reçoit le métal en fusion s'écoulant hors du tuyau d'introduction ; un second dispositif de chauffage (37) destiné à chauffer le second creuset ; et une buse de matériau fondu (11) disposée sur la surface inférieure du second creuset.
