When a lid member is pressed against a seal member, the seal member is deformed at the bent portion of a concave groove, which leads to a problem in that the closing property is reduced. As shown in Fig. 2(B), line A-A' represents the center line of a bent portion 27, and the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 formed by the center line and the boundary lines 28 and 29 between the bent portion 27 and the linear portion 26 are equal. An outer peripheral projection 33 and an inner peripheral projection 34 each have a width corresponding to the width w2 between the boundaries 28 and 29 with the linear portion 26. As shown in Fig. 2(C), the seal member 3 has a substantially H-shaped cross section. The outer peripheral projection 33 and the inner peripheral projection 34 each have a height h2 in the depth direction of a concave groove 23, and have a gap of a height h0 from the bottom of the concave groove 23. Further, the height h2 of the outer peripheral projection 33 and the inner peripheral projection 34 is such that the height h2 slightly protrudes from the upper end of the concave groove 23.

En outre, la hauteur (h2) de la saillie périphérique externe (33) et de la saillie périphérique interne (34) est telle que la hauteur (h2) dépasse légèrement de l'extrémité supérieure de la rainure concave (23).
