Abstract

A perfluoropolyether-based rubber composition which gives cured objects excellent in terms of heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, organic-solvent resistance, and acid resistance, the rubber composition being characterized by comprising (a) a linear perfluoropolyether compound having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 and including at least two azido groups in the molecule and a divalent perfluoroalkyl ether structure in the main chain and (b) a linear perfluoropolyether compound having at least three ethynyl groups in the molecule.

L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc à base de perfluoropolyéther qui produit des objets durcis excellents en termes de résistance à la chaleur, de résistance à basse température, de résistance aux solvants organiques et de résistance aux acides, la composition de caoutchouc étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend (a) un composé perfluoropolyéther linéaire présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 1 000 à 100 000 et comportant au moins deux groupes azido dans la molécule et une structure de perfluoroalkyle éther divalent dans la chaîne principale et (b) un composé perfluoropolyéther linéaire présentant au moins trois groupes éthynyle dans la molécule.

耐熱性、耐低温性、耐有機溶剤性、耐酸性に優れた硬化物を与える、(a)1分子中に少なくとも2個のアジド基を有し、かつ主鎖中に2価のパーフルオロアルキルエーテル構造を有する数平均分子量1,000~100,000である直鎖状パーフルオロポリエーテル化合物と、(b)1分子中に少なくとも3個のエチニル基を有する直鎖状パーフルオロポリエーテル化合物とを含有してなることを特徴とするパーフルオロポリエーテル系ゴム組成物である。
