The present invention provides: a surface protective agent composition which exhibits excellent heat resistance, coatability and anti-corrosion performance for preventing metal corrosion, and which is suppressed in the occurrence of cracks in a cured product thereof even in a thermal cycle environment, thereby maintaining the anti-corrosion performance; and a covered wire with a terminal, which uses this surface protective agent composition. Based on the total amount of the composition, (a) a phosphorus compound represented by general formula (1) in an amount of 0.1-10% by mass in terms of elemental phosphorus, (b) a metal-containing compound in an amount of 0.1-10% by mass in terms of the elemental metal or an amine compound in an amount of 0.1-5.0% by mass in terms of elemental nitrogen, (c) a (meth)acrylate having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds and a hydrocarbon chain having four or more carbon atoms in an amount of 1.0-70% by mass, (d) a mono(meth)acrylate having a hydrocarbon chain having seven or more carbon atoms in an amount of 1.0-80% by mass, and (e) at least one of a photopolymerization initiator and a thermal polymerization initiator in an amount of 0.1-10% by mass are blended according to the present invention. In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom; R2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 4-30 carbon atoms; and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 4-30 carbon atoms.

La présente invention concerne : une composition d'agent de protection de surface qui présente une excellente résistance à la chaleur, une excellente aptitude au revêtement et une excellente performance anti-corrosion pour empêcher la corrosion du métal, et dont l'apparition de fissures dans un produit durci de cette dernière est supprimée même dans un environnement de cycle thermique, ce qui permet de maintenir les performances anti-corrosion ; et un fil recouvert doté d'une borne, qui utilise ladite composition d'agent de protection de surface. Par rapport à la quantité totale de la composition, (a) un composé de phosphore représenté par la formule générale (1) en une quantité de 0,1 à 10 % en masse en termes de phosphore élémentaire, (b) un composé contenant du métal en une quantité de 0,1 à 10 % en masse en termes de métal élémentaire ou un composé amine en une quantité de 0,1 à 5,0 % en masse en termes d'azote élémentaire, (c) un (méth)acrylate comprenant deux doubles liaisons carbone-carbone ou plus et une chaîne hydrocarbonée comprenant quatre atomes de carbone ou plus en une quantité de 1,0 à 70 % en masse, (d) un mono (méth)acrylate comprenant une chaîne hydrocarbonée comprenant sept atomes de carbone ou plus en une quantité de 1,0 à 80 % en masse, et (e) un initiateur de photopolymérisation et/ou un initiateur de polymérisation thermique en une quantité de 0,1 à 10 % en masse sont mélangés selon la présente invention. Dans la formule, R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ; R2 représente un groupe hydrocarboné comportant 4 à 30 atomes de carbone ; et R3 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarboné comportant 4 à 30 atomes de carbone.

金属腐食を防止する防食性能、塗布性および耐熱性に優れ、冷熱環境下でも硬化物の亀裂の発生が抑えられ防食性能が維持される表面保護剤組成物およびこれを用いた端子付き被覆電線を提供する。 組成物全量基準で(a)一般式(1)で表されるリン化合物をリン元素換算量として0.1~10質量%(b)含金属化合物を金属元素換算量として0.1~10質量%またはアミン化合物を窒素元素換算量として0.1~5.0質量%(c)2以上の炭素-炭素二重結合および炭素数4以上の炭化水素鎖を有する(メタ)アクリレートを1.0~70質量%(d)炭素数7以上の炭化水素鎖を有するモノ(メタ)アクリレートを1.0~80質量%(e)光重合開始剤および熱重合開始剤の少なくとも1種を0.1~10質量%配合する。Rは水素原子、Rは炭素数4~30の炭化水素基、Rは水素原子または炭素数4~30の炭化水素基を示す。
