The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a heat exchanger which allows an improvement in the degree of freedom for arranging a gas-liquid separation unit with respect to a heat exchange unit. The heat exchanger comprises: a heat exchange unit that is composed of a plurality of plate members; a gas-liquid separation unit; and a connection unit (40) that connects the heat exchange unit and the gas-liquid separation unit. A discharge port (28) is formed in the outermost shell plate member (23b) disposed on the outermost side among the plurality of plate members. The connection portion has a side surface (41) fixed to the outermost shell plate member and an upper surface fixed to the gas-liquid separation unit. An internal flow path (44) is formed inside the connecting portion so as to extend from the side surface to the upper surface. A communication channel (F11) is formed between the side surface of the connection portion and the outermost shell plate member. The refrigerant discharged from the discharge port flows through the communication channel and the internal channel into the gas-liquid separation unit.

L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un échangeur de chaleur qui permet une amélioration du degré de liberté destinée à agencer une unité de séparation gaz-liquide par rapport à une unité d'échange de chaleur. L'échangeur de chaleur comprend : une unité d'échange de chaleur qui est composée d'une pluralité d'éléments de plaque ; une unité de séparation gaz-liquide ; et une unité de liaison (40) qui relie l'unité d'échange de chaleur et l'unité de séparation gaz-liquide. Un orifice d'évacuation (28) est formé dans l'élément de plaque de coque le plus à l'extérieur (23b) disposé sur le côté le plus à l'extérieur parmi la pluralité d'éléments de plaque. La portion de liaison comprend une surface latérale (41) fixée à l'élément de plaque de coque le plus à l'extérieur et une surface supérieure fixée à l'unité de séparation gaz-liquide. Un trajet d'écoulement interne (44) est formé à l'intérieur de la portion de liaison de façon à s'étendre de la surface latérale à la surface supérieure. Un canal de communication (F11) est formé entre la surface latérale de la portion de liaison et l'élément de plaque de coque le plus à l'extérieur. Le fluide frigorigène évacué par l'orifice d'évacuation s'écoule à travers le canal de communication et le canal interne jusque dans l'unité de séparation gaz-liquide.
