This image processing device is provided with a communication interface and a processor. The processor, in a periphery image capturing the periphery of a moving body, detects the image of another moving body and, on the basis of the state of the detected other moving body, performs action determination processing to determine an action for the moving body. The communication interface outputs information directing the determined action of the moving body to the moving body. The processor, as action determination processing, on the basis of a first state of the other moving body detected in the periphery image, determines a first action for the moving body and outputs information directing the determined first action to the moving body. The processor, on the basis of a second state of the other moving body detected in a periphery image after the first action, if it has been assessed that the other moving body is being operated recklessly, determines a second action for the moving body.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'image pourvu d'une interface de communication et d'un processeur. Le processeur, dans une image de périphérie capturant la périphérie d'un corps mobile, détecte l'image d'un autre corps mobile et, sur la base de l'état de l'autre corps mobile détecté, effectue un traitement de détermination d'action pour déterminer une action pour le corps mobile. L'interface de communication délivre des informations dirigeant l'action déterminée du corps mobile vers le corps mobile.
