Six types of methods including a specific-aromatic-amine simultaneous analysis method, an azo dye first-group simultaneous analysis method, an azo dye second-group simultaneous analysis method, a PFCs simultaneous analysis method, an AP simultaneous analysis method, and an APEO simultaneous analysis method, included in a method package corresponding to toxic substances in fiber products, are stored in advance in a method storage unit (26). Each analysis method includes a parameter and an analysis condition suitable for simultaneous analysis of a plurality of toxic substances in a specific range, e.g., azo dyes and the like. An analysis condition setting unit (25) displays a list of the abovementioned six types of analysis methods in a display unit (28), and an operator selects an analysis method to perform from among the analysis methods. The operator also prepares a mobile phase or a column designated for each analysis method. An LC control unit (23) and an MS control unit (24) control each part in accordance with the parameter or analysis condition recorded in the selected analysis method, and analyze a sample manufactured from a fiber product. It is thereby possible to inspect for the main toxic substances in a fiber product, and an operator can also easily and efficiently inspect for a desired specific toxic substance.

Six types de procédés comprenant un procédé d'analyse simultanée d'amines aromatiques spécifiques, un procédé d'analyse simultanée d'un premier groupe de colorants azoïques, un procédé d'analyse simultanée d'un second groupe de colorants azoïques, un procédé d'analyse simultanée des PFC, un procédé d'analyse simultanée des AP et un procédé d'analyse simultanée des APEO, figurant dans un ensemble de procédés correspondant à des substances toxiques présentes dans des produits fibreux, sont stockés à l'avance dans une unité de stockage de procédés (26). Chaque procédé d'analyse comprend un paramètre et une condition d'analyse appropriés pour une analyse simultanée d'une pluralité de substances toxiques dans une gamme spécifique, par exemple, les colorants azoïques et similaires. Une unité de détermination de conditions d'analyse (25) affiche une liste des six types susmentionnés de procédés d'analyse sur un dispositif d'affichage (28), et un opérateur sélectionne un procédé d'analyse à mettre en œuvre parmi les procédés d'analyse. メソッド記憶部(26)に、繊維製品中有害物質対応メソッドパッケージに含まれる、特定芳香族アミン一斉分析メソッド、アゾ染料第1群一斉分析メソッド、アゾ染料第2群一斉分析メソッド、PFCs一斉分析メソッド、AP一斉分析メソッド、及びAPEO一斉分析メソッドの6種類のメソッドを格納しておく。各分析メソッドは、例えばアゾ染料などの特定の範疇の複数の有害物質を一斉分析するのに好適な分析条件やパラメータを含む。分析条件設定部(25)は上記6種類の分析メソッドの一覧を表示部(28)に表示し、作業者はその中から実施したい分析メソッドを選択する。また作業者は分析メソッド毎に指定されている移動相やカラムを用意する。LC制御部(23)及びMS制御部(24)は選択された分析メソッドに収録されている分析条件やパラメータに従って各部を制御し、繊維製品から調製された試料を分析する。これにより、繊維製品中の主要な有害物質の検査が可能であるとともに、作業者が所望する特定の有害物質の検査も簡単に且つ効率的に行うことができる。
