Provided are a control system, an alarm system, a program, and a control method, with which a facility related party can ascertain whether a disaster is occurring, even when the related party is away from the facility. A control system (1) is equipped with a first acquisition unit (101), a second acquisition unit (102), and an output processing unit (103). The first acquisition unit (101) acquires a detection result from alarm devices (20, 21) that detect a disaster in a facility (5). When the first acquisition unit (101) acquires, as a detection result, information from the alarm devices (20, 21) indicating that a disaster has been detected, the second acquisition unit (102) acquires, from an imaging device (30) that captures an image of an area related to the facility (5), a photographic image captured by the imaging device (30). The output processing unit (103) transmits at least the photographic image to the outside.

La présente invention concerne un système de commande, un système d'alarme, un programme et un procédé de commande, avec lesquels une partie associée à une installation peut déterminer si une catastrophe se produit, même lorsque la partie associée est éloignée de l'installation. 施設の関係者が外出中であっても災害が発生しているか否かを知ることができる制御システム、警報システム、プログラム及び制御方法を提供する。制御システム(1)は、第1取得部(101)と、第2取得部(102)と、出力処理部(103)と、を備える。第1取得部(101)は、施設(5)での災害の発生を検知する警報器(20,21)からの検知結果を取得する。第2取得部(102)は、第1取得部(101)が警報器(20,21)から災害を検知したことを表す情報を検知結果として取得した場合に、施設(5)に関連する領域を撮影する撮影装置(30)が撮影した撮影画像を撮影装置(30)から取得する。出力処理部(103)は、少なくとも撮影画像を、外部に送信する。
