This high frequency switch is provided with: a pair of pole terminals (T3a, T3b) constituting one port; and a plurality of pairs of throw terminals (T1a, T1b, T2a, T2b; T1a, T1b, T2a, T2b, T4a, T4b) constituting a plurality of ports. The plurality of pairs of throw terminals are each provided with: inductors (L1a, L1b, L2a, L2b; L1c, L2c; L4a, L4b; St1a, St1b, St2a, St2b) each connected in parallel between each throw terminal of the pair and a ground node (G) or between the pair of throw terminals; parallel connection switches (S1, S2) each connected between the plurality of pairs of throw terminals; and series connection switches (S1a, S1b, S2a, S2b; S1a, S1b, S2a, S2b, S4a, S4b) connected in series and interposed between each of the plurality of pairs of throw terminals and the pair of pole terminals.

L'invention concerne un commutateur haute fréquence comprenant : une paire de bornes polaires (T3a, T3b) constituant un port ; et une pluralité de paires de bornes à positions (T1a, T1b, T2a, T2b ; T1a, T1b, T2a, T2b, T4a, T4b) constituant une pluralité de ports. La pluralité de paires de bornes à positions comportent chacune : des bobines d'induction (L1a, L1b, L2a, L2b ; L1c, L2c ; L4a, L4b ; St1a, St1b, St2a, St2b) chacune connectée en parallèle entre chaque borne à position de la paire et un nœud de masse (G) ou entre la paire de bornes à positions ; des commutateurs de connexion parallèles (S1, S2) chacun connecté entre la pluralité de paires de bornes à position ; et des commutateurs de connexion en série (S1a, S1b, S2a, S2b; S1a, S1b, S2a, S2b, S4a, S4b) connectés en série et interposés entre chaque paire de la pluralité de paires de bornes de projection et la paire de bornes de pôle.
