Provided are an electric device, a battery pack, and a charging system in which the power consumption of the battery pack can be prevented from increasing while reducing the number of terminals. A charging system 1 is provided with a charging device 10 and a battery pack 50. The charging device 10 is provided with a control unit 13 and a device side D-terminal 22 for transmitting a start-up signal for starting up a control unit 53 of the battery pack 50 to the battery pack 50. The control unit 13 can obtain, from the device side D-terminal 22, a signal indicating the information of, the state of, or the presence or absence of connection to the battery pack 50 in a state in which the control unit 53 of the battery pack 50 is not started up.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électrique, un bloc-batterie et un système de charge dans lesquels on peut empêcher la consommation d'énergie du bloc-batterie d'augmenter tout en réduisant le nombre de bornes. Un système de charge 1 est pourvu d'un dispositif de charge 10 et d'un bloc-batterie 50. Le dispositif de charge 10 est pourvu d'une unité de commande 13 et d'une borne D côté dispositif 22 pour transmettre au bloc-batterie 50 un signal de démarrage pour démarrer une unité de commande 53 du bloc-batterie 50. L'unité de commande 13 peut obtenir, à partir de la borne D côté dispositif 22, un signal indiquant les informations de, l'état de, ou la présence ou l'absence de connexion au bloc-batterie 50 dans un état dans lequel l'unité de commande 53 du bloc-batterie 50 n'est pas démarrée.
