Abstract

The rubber composition according to an embodiment comprises 100 parts by mass of a diene-based rubber and 1-100 parts by mass of fine particles having a glass transition point of -70°C to 0°C. The fine particles comprise a polymer having a crosslinked structure formed by crosslinking with at least one polyfunctional vinyl monomer. In the crosslinked structure, the functional groups of the polyfunctional vinyl monomer have been connected to each other by an optionally substituted, di- to tetravalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group, two of the functional groups having been connected to each other by a linear moiety having 7-20 carbon atoms.

La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc selon un mode de réalisation comprenant 100 parties en masse d'un caoutchouc diénique et de 1 à 100 parties en masse de particules fines ayant un point de transition vitreuse de -70 °C à 0 °C. Les particules fines comprennent un polymère ayant une structure réticulée formée par réticulation avec au moins un monomère vinylique polyfonctionnel. Dans la structure réticulée, les groupes fonctionnels du monomère vinylique polyfonctionnel ont été reliés les uns aux autres par un groupe hydrocarboné aliphatique di- à tétravalent éventuellement substitué, , deux des groupes fonctionnels ayant été reliés l'un à l'autre par une fraction linéaire ayant de 7 à 20 atomes de carbone.

実施形態に係るゴム組成物は、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、ガラス転移点が-70~0℃である微粒子1~100質量部を含むものである。前記微粒子は、少なくとも1種の多官能ビニルモノマーによって架橋された架橋構造を有する重合体からなり、前記架橋構造は、前記多官能ビニルモノマーの官能基間が置換基を有してもよい2~4価の脂肪族炭化水素基で連結され、かつ、2つの前記官能基を繋ぐ直鎖状部分の炭素数が7~20である。
