Abstract
(EN)
A drive device according to the present disclosure comprises a drive circuit (10) and a detection circuit (20). The drive circuit (10) individually drives a plurality of channels constituted by a plurality of light-emitting elements (5). The detection circuit (20) detects anomalies in all of the channels at once. The drive device (10) is electrically and mechanically connected by a plurality of microbumps (4) to a light-emitting element array to which the plurality of light-emitting elements (5) is provided.

Un dispositif de commande selon la présente invention comprend un circuit d'attaque (10) et un circuit de détection (20). Le circuit d'attaque (10) commande individuellement une pluralité de canaux constitués d'une pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents (5). Le circuit de détection (20) détecte des anomalies dans tous les canaux en une fois. Le dispositif de commande (10) est connecté électriquement et mécaniquement par une pluralité de microbosses (4) à un réseau d'éléments électroluminescents auquel la pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents (5) est fournie.
