[Problem] To reduce a transmission loss in a high frequency signal by using a polycrystalline substance having a property in which an AC resistance value is sharply lowered when the high frequency signal is transmitted. [Solution] A high frequency transmission device D1 is provided with a dielectric 100 and a transmission line 200 through which the high frequency signal is transmittable. At least a portion of the transmission line 200 is disposed on the dielectric 100 or in the dielectric 100. At least a portion of the transmission line 200 is composed of a polycrystalline substance composed of conductor fine particles. The polycrystalline substance has a property in which an AC resistance value is sharply lowered when the frequency of the high frequency signal transmitted through the transmission line 200 is in one or a plurality of specific frequency bands.

L’invention aborde le problème de réduction d’une perte d’émission dans un signal à haute fréquence au moyen d’une substance polycristalline ayant une propriété dans laquelle une valeur de résistance en CA est nettement abaissée lorsque le signal à haute fréquence est émis. La solution selon l’invention consiste en un dispositif d’émission à haute fréquence (D1) qui comporte un diélectrique (100) et une ligne d’émission (200) par laquelle un signal à haute fréquence peut être émis. Au moins une partie de la ligne d’émission (200) est disposée sur le diélectrique (100) ou dans le diélectrique (100). Au moins une partie de la ligne d’émission (200) est composée d’une substance polycristalline composée de fines particules de conducteur. La substance polycristalline a une propriété dans laquelle une valeur de résistance en CA est nettement abaissée lorsque la fréquence du signal à haute fréquence émis par la ligne d’émission (200) se trouve dans une bande ou dans une pluralité de bandes de fréquences spécifiques.

【課題】 本発明は、高周波信号を伝送させるときに、交流抵抗値が急激に低下する物性を有する多結晶体を用いて、高周波信号の伝送損失を低減する。 【構成】 高周波伝送装置D1は、誘電体100と、高周波信号を伝送可能な伝送路200とを備えている。伝送路200の少なくとも一部は、誘電体100上又は誘電体100内に位置している。伝送路200の少なくとも一部が、導体微粒子で構成された多結晶体で構成されている。多結晶体は、伝送路200伝送される高周波信号の周波数が一又は複数の特定周波数帯域にある場合、交流抵抗値が急激に低下する物性を有する。
