In a torque tuning method according to the present invention, a ball stud (10) is rotated about an axial center of the ball stud (10) by a motor (22), and when a curve is drawn in which a rotational torque of the motor (22) rises and falls from the top during the rotation, and rises again from the bottom, the rotational torque at the bottom is determined as a reference value. Next, a ball part (10b) is included in a housing (11) by insert molding. Next, the ball stud (10) is rotated by the motor (22) about the axial center of the ball stud (10) at a speed higher than a speed at which an inner spherical surface (11a) covering the ball part (10b) is worn. Next, the rotational torque of the motor 22 is measured during the rotation. Next, when the measured rotational torque reaches the reference value, the motor (22) is stopped.

L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage de couple selon lequel un pivot à rotule (10) est mis en rotation autour d'un centre axial du pivot à rotule (10) par un moteur (22) et, lorsqu'une courbe est dessinée dans laquelle un couple de rotation du moteur (22) s'élève et tombe de la partie supérieure pendant la rotation et s'élève à nouveau à partir de la partie inférieure, le couple de rotation au niveau de la partie inférieure est déterminé en tant que valeur de référence. 本発明に関わるトルクチューニング方法は、ボールスタッド(10)を、当該ボールスタッド(10)の軸芯を中心にモータ(22)で回転させ、この回転時にモータ(22)の回転トルクが上がって頂点から下がり、この下がった底から再度上る曲線を描く際の底の回転トルクを基準値として定める。次に、ボール部(10b)をインサート成形によりハウジング(11)で包含する。次に、ボールスタッド(10)を、ボールスタッド(10)の軸芯を中心に、ボール部(10b)を覆う内球面(11a)が摩耗する速度以上でモータ(22)により回転させる。次に、回転時にモータ(22)の回転トルクを計測する。次に、計測される回転トルクが基準値となった際にモータ(22)を停止するようにした。
