A time measurement device of the present disclosure comprises: a first light receiving unit that can detect first pulse light corresponding to emitted pulse light emitted by a light emitting unit and second pulse light which is light reflected by a target; a first timing detecting unit that can detect a first light receiving timing of the first pulse light and a second light receiving timing of the second pulse light in the first light receiving unit on the basis of an output signal from the first light receiving unit; a first operation unit that can calculate a first time value by performing subtraction processing on the basis of the first light receiving timing and the second light receiving timing; and a histogram generation unit that can generate a histogram on the basis of a first time value.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure temporelle comprenant : une première unité de réception de lumière qui peut détecter une première lumière d'impulsion correspondant à la lumière d'impulsion émise par une unité électroluminescente et une seconde lumière d'impulsion constituant la lumière réfléchie par une cible ; une première unité de détection d'instant qui peut détecter un premier instant de réception de lumière de la première lumière d'impulsion et un second instant de réception de lumière de la seconde lumière d'impulsion dans la première unité de réception de lumière en fonction d'un signal de sortie provenant de la première unité de réception de lumière ; une première unité de fonctionnement qui peut calculer une première valeur temporelle par la réalisation d'un traitement de soustraction en fonction du premier instant de réception de lumière et du second instant de réception de lumière ; et une unité de génération d'histogramme qui peut générer un histogramme en fonction d'une première valeur temporelle.
