Abstract

A light source optical system used with an excitation light source (21) configured to emit first color light includes a wavelength conversion unit(27) configured to receive the first color light emitted by the excitation light source(21) and emit second color light with a wavelength different from a wavelength of the first color light; and a first optical system(23) having a positive power and a second optical system(26) having a positive power provided in this order in an optical path between the excitation light source(21) and the wavelength conversion unit(27). The first optical system(23) has an optical characteristic such that, when a ray parallel to an optical axis of the first optical system(23) is incident on the first optical system(23), a ray emitted from the first optical system(23) is incident on the second optical system(26) while approaching the optical axis. The second optical system(26) has under-corrected spherical aberration at a paraxial focal position of the second optical system(26).

L'invention concerne un système optique à source lumineuse utilisé avec une source lumineuse d'excitation (21) conçue pour émettre une première lumière colorée. Ce système comprend : une unité de conversion de longueur d'onde (27) conçue pour recevoir la première lumière colorée émise par la source lumineuse d'excitation (21) et émettre une seconde lumière colorée de longueur d'onde différente d'une longueur d'onde de la première lumière colorée; et un premier système optique (23) présentant une puissance positive et un second système optique (26) présentant une puissance positive fournies, dans cet ordre, dans un trajet optique située entre la source lumineuse d'excitation (21) et l'unité de conversion de longueur d'onde (27). Le premier système optique (23) présente une caractéristique optique telle que, lorsqu'un rayon parallèle à un axe optique du premier système optique (23) est incident sur le premier système optique (23), un rayon émis par le premier système optique (23) est incident sur le second système optique (26) tout en s'approchant de l'axe optique. Le second système optique (26) prlsente une aberration sphérique sous-corrigée au niveau d'une position focale paraxiale du second système optique (26).
