This fuel injection valve is provided with: an injection hole body (11) having formed an injection hole (11a) for injecting fuel; a valve body (20) having formed a seat surface (20s) which seats against and unseats from a seating surface (11s) of the injection hole body; and a fuel passage (11b) which is formed between the injection hole body and the valve body, is in communication with an inlet (11in) of the injection hole, and is opened and closed as the valve body seats and unseats. The seat surface is curved to bulge in the direction of the seating surface. A state in which the flow volume of fuel injected out of the injection hole is limited to a flow volume throttled by a gap between the seat surface and the seating surface is referred to as a seat portion-throttled state, and a state in which the flow volume is limited to a flow volume throttled by the injection hole is referred to as an injection hole-throttled state. When the valve body opens from a closed position to a full-lift position, the seat portion-throttled state is present from the closed position to a predetermined intermediate position, and the injection hole-throttled state is present from the intermediate position to the full-lift position.

L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant, pourvue : d'un corps de trou d'injection (11) dans lequel est ménagé un trou d'injection (11a) destiné à l'injection de carburant ; d'un corps de soupape (20) dans lequel est formée une surface de siège (20s) qui vient en appui contre une surface d'appui (11s) du corps de trou d'injection et se détache de cette dernière ; et d'un passage de carburant (11b) qui est ménagé entre le corps de trou d'injection et le corps de soupape, est en communication avec une entrée (11in) du trou d'injection, et est ouvert et fermé quand le corps de soupape vient en appui ou se détache. La surface de siège est incurvée pour se bomber dans la direction de la surface d'appui. Un état dans lequel le volume d'écoulement de carburant injecté hors du trou d'injection est limité à un volume d'écoulement étranglé par un espace entre la surface de siège et la surface d'appui est appelé état d'étranglement de partie siège, et un état dans lequel le volume d'écoulement est limité à un volume d'écoulement étranglé par le trou d'injection est appelé état d'étranglement de trou d'injection. Lorsque le corps de soupape s'ouvre d'une position fermée à une position de levée complète, l'état d'étranglement de partie siège est présent de la position fermée à une position intermédiaire prédéterminée, et l'état d'étranglement de trou d'injection est présent de la position intermédiaire à la position de levée complète.

燃料噴射弁は、燃料が噴射される噴孔(11a)が形成された噴孔ボデー(11)と、噴孔ボデーの着座面(11s)に離着座するシート面(20s)が形成された弁体(20)と、噴孔ボデーと弁体との間に形成され、噴孔の流入口(11in)に連通しており、弁体の離着座により開閉される燃料通路(11b)とを備える。シート面は、着座面の側に膨らむ向きに湾曲している。噴孔から噴射される燃料の流量が、シート面と着座面との隙間で絞られた流量に制限されている状態をシート部絞り状態とし、噴孔で絞られた流量に制限されている状態を噴孔絞り状態とする。弁体が閉弁位置からフルリフト位置まで開弁作動するにあたり、閉弁位置から所定の中間位置まではシート部絞り状態となり、中間位置からフルリフト位置までは噴孔絞り状態となる。
