To increase the safety of a battery module, this battery module (1) comprises: a battery stacked body (2) having a plurality of stacked batteries, in which each battery has a valve portion that releases gas inside the battery; an exhaust duct (38) connected to the valve portion of each battery; and a shock absorbing layer (39), which is disposed on the surface of the first wall (34) of the exhaust duct (38) facing the valve portion, the surface facing the inside of the exhaust duct, and has a smaller elastic modulus than the first wall (34).

Pour augmenter la sécurité d'un module de batterie, le module de batterie (1) de la présente invention comprend : un corps empilé de batterie (2) ayant une pluralité de batteries empilées, chaque batterie ayant une partie de vanne qui libère un gaz à l'intérieur de la batterie ; un conduit d'échappement (38) relié à la partie de vanne de chaque batterie ; et une couche d'absorption des chocs (39), qui est disposée sur la surface de la première paroi (34) du conduit d'échappement (38) faisant face à la partie de vanne, la surface faisant face à l'intérieur du conduit d'échappement, et a un module d'élasticité plus petit que la première paroi (34).
