The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electrically operated brake having good operability, which is equipped with a thrust sensor which detects brake thrust and is reduced in size. In order to overcome the above problem, this electrically operated brake has a rotary shaft rotated by a rotation force, a piston moved in the axial direction by a translation force obtained by converting rotation of the rotary shaft, a brake pad pressed against a disc in accordance with the translation of the piston, a thrust bearing for receiving a thrust load applied to the rotary shaft, and a support member for supporting the thrust bearing in the axial direction, the thrust bearing coming in contact with the rotary shaft and receiving a thrust load, and being constituted from a first bearing washer for rotating integrally with the rotary shaft, a second bearing washer fixed to the support member, and a plurality of rolling elements held between the first bearing washer and the second bearing washer, a support part in contact with the support member and a non-supported part not in contact with the support member being provided to the second bearing washer on the side of the surface thereof that is in contact with the support member, and a strain sensor being provided to the non-supported part.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'un frein actionné électriquement ayant une bonne exploitabilité, équipé d'un capteur de poussée qui détecte une poussée de frein et ayant une taille réduite. Afin de résoudre le problème ci-dessus, le présent frein actionné électriquement comporte un arbre rotatif entraîné en rotation par une force de rotation, un piston déplacé dans la direction axiale par une force de translation obtenue par conversion de la rotation de l'arbre rotatif, une plaquette de frein pressée contre un disque conformément à la translation du piston, un palier de butée destiné à recevoir une charge de poussée appliquée à l'arbre rotatif, et un élément de support servant à supporter le palier de butée dans la direction axiale, le palier de butée venant en contact avec l'arbre rotatif et recevant une charge de poussée, et étant constitué d'une première rondelle de butée destinée à tourner d'un seul tenant avec l'arbre rotatif, d'une seconde rondelle de butée fixée à l'élément de support, et d'une pluralité d'éléments de roulement maintenus entre la première rondelle de butée et la seconde rondelle de butée, une partie de support en contact avec l'élément de support et une partie non supportée qui n'est pas en contact avec l'élément de support étant disposées sur la seconde rondelle de butée de l'élément de support du côté de sa surface qui est en contact avec l'élément de support, et un capteur de contrainte étant disposé sur la partie non supportée.

本発明の課題は、ブレーキ推力を検出する推力センサを小型化して搭載し、操作性のよい電動ブレーキを提供することである。上記課題を解決するために、本発明の電動ブレーキは、回転力により回転する回転軸と、回転軸の回転を変換した並進力により軸方向に移動するピストンと、ピストンの並進に伴いディスクに押し付けられるブレーキパッドと、回転軸にかかるスラスト荷重を受けるスラスト軸受と、スラスト軸受を軸方向に支持する支持部材と、を有する電動ブレーキであって、スラスト軸受は、回転軸と接触しスラスト荷重を受けるとともに、回転軸と一体に回転する第一の軌道盤と、支持部材に固定された第二の軌道盤と、第一の軌道盤と第二の軌道盤に挟持される複数の転動体と、から構成され、第二の軌道盤は、支持部材との接触面側に、支持部材と接触する支持部と、支持部材と接触しない非支持部が設けられ、非支持部に歪センサを設けたものとした。
