A problem of conventional self-propelled lawn mowers is that the mowers may damage trees during mowing and mowing around trees is difficult. This self-propelled lawn mower 10 mainly has: a chassis 11; a first cutter mechanism 17 disposed below the chassis 11; second and third cutter mechanisms 18, 19 disposed on the left side of the chassis 11; and a rotary protection mechanism 20 disposed above the third cutter mechanism 19. The rotary protection mechanism 20 covers an area including the rotation range of a blade part 19B of the third cutter mechanism 19 and the outside of the rotation range, and the third cutter mechanism 19 and the rotary protection mechanism 20 are disposed to be movable toward the chassis 11. Due to this structure, the self-propelled lawn mower 10 tends not to damage trees during mowing and is able to mow weeds around trees at once.

La présente invention vise à résoudre un problème des tondeuses à gazon autopropulsées classiques selon lequel les tondeuses peuvent endommager des arbres pendant la tonte et la tonte autour d'arbres est difficile. Cette tondeuse à gazon autopropulsée (10) comprend principalement : un châssis (11) ; un premier mécanisme de coupe (17) disposé en dessous du châssis (11) ; des deuxième et troisième mécanismes de coupe (18, 19) disposés sur le côté gauche du châssis (11) ; et un mécanisme de protection rotatif (20) disposé au-dessus du troisième mécanisme de coupe (19). Le mécanisme de protection rotatif (20) recouvre une zone comprenant la plage de rotation d'une partie lame (19B) du troisième mécanisme de coupe (19) et l'extérieur de la plage de rotation, et le troisième mécanisme de coupe (19) et le mécanisme de protection rotatif (20) sont disposés de sorte à être mobiles vers le châssis (11). Grâce à cette structure, la tondeuse à gazon autopropulsée (10) a tendance à ne pas endommager les arbres pendant la tonte et peut tondre les mauvaises herbes autour d'arbres en une fois.

従来の自走式草刈り機は、草刈り時に樹木を傷つけてしまう恐れがあると共に、樹木周辺の草刈りをし難いという問題があった。 本発明の自走式草刈り機10は、主に、車体11と、車体11の下方に配設される第1のカッター機構17と、車体11の左側側方に配設される第2及び第3のカッター機構18、19と、第3のカッター機構19の上方に配設される回転式保護機構20と、を有している。そして、回転式保護機構20は、第3のカッター機構19の刃部19Bの回転範囲よりも外側まで覆い、第3のカッター機構19及び回転式保護機構20は、車体11側へと可動自在に配設されている。この構造により、自走式草刈り機10は、草刈り時に樹木を傷つけ難く、樹木周辺の雑草も一度に刈り取ることができる。
