One embodiment of the present invention is a concentration measurement device comprising a first emission unit for emitting light having a first wavelength, a second emission unit for emitting light having a second wavelength, a first acquisition unit for acquiring a physical quantity caused by a change in an object of measurement when light having the first wavelength and light having a first intensity and the second wavelength are emitted onto the object of measurement, a second acquisition unit for acquiring a physical quantity caused by a change in the object of measurement when light having the first wavelength and light having a second intensity different from the first intensity and the second wavelength are emitted onto the object of measurement, a temperature information acquisition unit for using the acquired physical quantities to acquire information about variation in the temperature of the object of measurement, and a concentration acquisition unit for using the information about the variation in temperature and the acquired physical quantities to acquire the non-target-component concentration of the object of measurement.

Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de concentration comprenant une première unité d'émission permettant d'émettre de la lumière présentant une première longueur d'onde, une seconde unité d'émission permettant d'émettre de la lumière présentant une seconde longueur d'onde, une première unité d'acquisition permettant d'acquérir une quantité physique provoquée par un changement dans un objet de mesure lorsque la lumière présentant la première longueur d'onde et une lumière présentant une première intensité et la seconde longueur d'onde sont émises sur l'objet de mesure, une seconde unité d'acquisition permettant d'acquérir une quantité physique provoquée par un changement dans l'objet de mesure lorsque la lumière présentant la première longueur d'onde et une lumière présentant une seconde intensité différente de la première intensité et la seconde longueur d'onde sont émises sur l'objet de mesure, une unité d'acquisition d'informations de température permettant d'utiliser les quantités physiques acquises pour acquérir des informations concernant une variation de la température de l'objet de mesure, et une unité d'acquisition de concentration permettant d'utiliser les informations concernant la variation de température et les quantités physiques acquises pour acquérir la concentration de composante non cible de l'objet de mesure.
