This power conversion device performs power conversion between a DC circuit (14) and an AC circuit (12). The power conversion device comprises: a power conversion circuit (2) that includes a plurality of unit converters (7) that are serially connected to each other; and a control device (3). A unit converter (7) includes one or more switching elements (22A, 22B), and a capacitor (24). The control device (3) sends information relating to a switching command of the unit converter (7) through a first transmission medium (FC1) to the unit converter (7). The unit converter (7) sends information relating to at least one state of the unit converter through a second transmission medium (RC) to the control device (3). The first transmission medium (FC1) is an optical fiber, and the second transmission medium (FC2) is a wireless communication channel.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de puissance destiné à effectuer une conversion de puissance entre un circuit CC (14) et un circuit CA (12). Ce dispositif de conversion de puissance comprend : un circuit de conversion de puissance (2) comprenant une pluralité de convertisseurs d'unité (7) connectés en série les uns aux autres ; et un dispositif de commande (3). Un convertisseur d'unité (7) comprend au moins un élément de commutation (22A, 22B) et un condensateur (24). Le dispositif de commande (3) envoie au convertisseur d'unité (7) des informations relatives à une commande de commutation dudit convertisseur (7) par l'intermédiaire d'un premier support de transmission (FC1) . Le convertisseur d'unité (7) envoie au dispositif de commande (3) des informations relatives audit état au moins du convertisseur d'unité, par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième support de transmission (RC). Le premier support de transmission (FC1) est une fibre optique et le deuxième support de transmission (FC2) est un canal de communication sans fil.
