This cable connection structure is provided with: electric cables 10 from which end surfaces 10SA of core wires 11 are exposed; first electrodes 20 that cover the end surfaces 10SA; a substrate 30 with terminals 31 exposed on a main surface 30SA; and second electrodes 40 that cover the terminals 31. A Vickers hardness Hv20 of the first electrodes 20 and a Vickers hardness Hv40 of the second electrodes 40 are substantially identical to each other. Each of the first electrodes 20 and the corresponding one of the second electrodes 40 are joined to each other with no other member therebetween.

L'invention concerne une structure de connexion de câble comprenant : de câbles électriques (10) desquels sont exposées des surfaces d'extrémité (10SA) de fils d'âme (11) ; des premières électrodes (20) qui recouvrent les surfaces d'extrémité (10SA) ; un substrat (30) comprenant des bornes (31) exposées sur une surface principale (30SA) ; et des deuxièmes électrodes (40) qui recouvrent les bornes (31). Une dureté Vickers Hv20 des premières électrodes (20) et une dureté Vickers Hv40 des deuxièmes électrodes (40) sont sensiblement identiques l'une à l'autre. Chacune des premières électrodes (20) et celle correspondante des deuxièmes électrodes (40) sont reliées l'une à l'autre sans aucun autre élément entre elles.

ケーブル接続構造は、芯線11の端面10SAが露出した電気ケーブル10と、端面10SAを覆う第1の電極20と、端子31が主面30SAに露出した基板30と、端子31を覆う第2の電極40と、第1の電極20のビッカース硬度Hv20と第2の電極40のビッカース硬度Hv40とが略同じであり、かつ、他部材を間にはさむことなく、接合されている。
