Abstract

This disclosure describes a polymer composition that includes a polymer and functionalized carbon nanotubes, and systems and method of formation thereof. The polymer composition includes functionalized carbon nanotubes and one or more polymers. Parts formed from the polymer composition have improved sloughing properties as compared to parts formed from compositions including conventional carbon nanotubes. Additionally, parts formed herein have lower liquid particle count values as compared to parts formed from compositions including conventional carbon nanotubes.

La présente invention concerne une composition polymère qui comprend un polymère et des nanotubes de carbone fonctionnalisés, et des systèmes et un procédé de formation associé. La composition polymère comprend des nanotubes de carbone fonctionnalisés et un ou plusieurs polymères. Des parties formées à partir de la composition de polymère ont des propriétés anti-éboulage améliorées par comparaison avec des parties formées à partir de compositions comprenant des nanotubes de carbone classiques. De plus, des parties formées selon la présente invention ont des valeurs de comptage de particules liquides inférieures par comparaison avec des parties formées à partir de compositions comprenant des nanotubes de carbone classiques.
