Manually driven intraosseous devices and associated methods are disclosed. The intraosseous device (10) includes a housing and a transmission at least partially disposed within the housing. The transmission includes a first portion (210) and a second portion (220). The second portion (220) including a manual actuator that is at least partially disposed outside of the housing. The intraosseous device also includes a penetrator assembly (300) releasably connected to the first portion (210) of the transmission. The transmission is configured to transmit a force, which is applied manually to the manual actuator, to the penetrator assembly (300) to rotate the penetrator assembly (300) relative to the housing and to drive the penetrator assembly (300) through a bone into an intraosseous space. The manual actuator is a pull chord (222) and the force is configured to be applied by an operator to a first end of the pull chord (222) to unwind the pull chord and transmit the force to the penetrator assembly (300).

L'invention concerne des dispositifs intra-osseux à entraînement manuel et des procédés associés. Le dispositif intra-osseux (10) comprend un boîtier et une transmission au moins partiellement disposée à l'intérieur du boîtier. La transmission comprend une première partie (210) et une seconde partie (220). La seconde partie (220) comprenant un actionneur manuel qui est au moins partiellement disposé à l'extérieur du boîtier. Le dispositif intra-osseux comprend également un ensemble pénétrateur (300) relié de manière libérable à la première partie (210) de la transmission. La transmission est configurée pour transmettre une force, qui est appliquée manuellement à l'actionneur manuel, à l'ensemble pénétrateur (300) pour faire tourner l'ensemble pénétrateur (300) par rapport au boîtier et pour entraîner l'ensemble pénétrateur (300) à travers un os dans un espace intra-osseux. L'actionneur manuel est une corde de traction (222) et la force est configurée pour être appliquée par un opérateur à une première extrémité de la corde de traction (222) pour dérouler la corde de traction et transmettre la force à l'ensemble pénétrateur (300).
