Portable device and method of operation thereof for analyzing the salt content in food comprising: a container with a mixer-grinder propeller, an electrode, motor means for driving said propeller, a weight sensor of said container, an electronic data processor, and a lid for said container; wherein said lid comprises a water injector, a calibration solution injector, and a detachable coupling on the lid for the electrode, wherein said electronic data processor is configured to: detect the introduction of a food sample into said container by the weight gain measured by the sensor; driving the water injector to introduce water up to a predetermined volume of water and driving the motor means to grind the contents by said propeller; driving the motor means to stir the contents by said propeller and to measure the salt concentration.

L'invention concerne un dispositif portable et un procédé de fonctionnement associé pour analyser la teneur en sel dans des aliments, comprenant : un récipient avec une hélice de mélangeur-broyeur, une électrode, un moyen formant moteur pour entraîner ladite hélice, un capteur de poids dudit récipient, un processeur de données électroniques, et un couvercle pour ledit récipient ; ledit couvercle comprenant un injecteur d'eau, un injecteur de solution d'étalonnage, et un couplage amovible sur le couvercle pour l'électrode, ledit processeur de données électroniques étant conçu pour : détecter l'introduction d'un échantillon alimentaire dans ledit récipient par le gain de poids mesuré par le capteur ; entraîner l'introduction d'eau par l'injecteur jusqu'à un volume prédéterminé d'eau et entraîner le broyage par le moyen formant moteur du contenu par ladite hélice ; entraîner l'agitation par le moyen formant moteur du contenu avec ladite hélice et la mesure de la concentration en sel.
