Abstract

A metering apparatus comprises a storage container (2) and a shutter body (15) housed in an outlet opening (11) of the storage container (2). The shutter body (15) is shaped like a portion of a sphere (S) having centre (C) arranged on a shutter axis (0). The sphere portion is delimited on one side by a spherical shutter surface (16) having a convex profile adapted to be facing towards an ingredient to be metered. The sphere portion is delimited on the other side by a passage surface (17) which cuts the sphere at a single edge (18) delimiting the spherical shutter surface (16) and the passage surface (17). The passage surface (17) comprises a skirt (19a) placed at one end of the spherical shutter surface (16) and partially surrounding a bottom surface (17d) from which the skirt (19a) rises so as to form a cavity (I) in said passage surface (17).

L'invention concerne un appareil de dosage comprenant un récipient de stockage (2) et un corps d'obturateur (15) logé dans une ouverture de sortie (11) du récipient de stockage (2). Le corps d'obturateur (15) est façonné comme une partie d'une sphère (S) dont le centre (C) est disposé sur un axe d'obturateur (0). La partie de sphère est délimitée d'un côté par une surface d'obturateur sphérique (16) présentant un profil convexe conçu pour être tourné vers un ingrédient à doser. La partie de sphère est délimitée de l'autre côté par une surface de passage (17) qui coupe la sphère au niveau d'un seul bord (18) délimitant la surface d'obturateur sphérique (16) et la surface de passage (17). La surface de passage (17) comprend une jupe (19a) placée à une extrémité de la surface d'obturateur sphérique (16) et entourant partiellement une surface inférieure (17d) à partir de laquelle la jupe (19a) s'élève de manière à former une cavité (I) dans ladite surface de passage (17).
