The first outer surface of the membrane is a melt-fused skin layer from exposure to ultra-violet light.

L'invention concerne une membrane comprenant une première surface externe comprenant une pluralité de pores dans une couche de revêtement et la pluralité de pores comprenant un périmètre fermé dans la couche de revêtement. La membrane comprenant une seconde surface externe et une couche de support poreuse reliant la première surface externe à la seconde surface externe. La première surface externe de la membrane est une couche de revêtement fusionnée à l'état fondu vis-à-vis de l'exposition à une lumière ultra-violette.
