Provided is a novel semiconductor device which has excellent convenience or reliability. This semiconductor device is provided with a detection unit, a first storage unit, a second storage unit, and a determination unit. The detection unit supplies a detection signal. The first storage unit holds a detection signal, and the second storage unit holds standard data and tolerance information. The determination unit compares the detection signal with the standard data. When there is a deviation between the detection signal and the standard data that exceeds the tolerance information, the determination unit supplies a control signal.

L’invention concerne un nouveau dispositif à semi-conducteur dont la commodité ou la fiabilité est excellente. Ce dispositif à semi-conducteur comporte une unité de détection, une première unité de stockage, une seconde unité de stockage, et une unité de détermination. L'unité de détection fournit un signal de détection. La première unité de stockage contient un signal de détection, et la seconde unité de stockage contient des données de norme et des informations de tolérance. L'unité de détermination compare le signal de détection aux données de norme. Lorsqu'il existe un écart entre le signal de détection et les données de norme qui dépasse les informations de tolérance, l'unité de détermination fournit un signal de commande.
