A reaction unit (202) for catalytic conversion of a hydrocarbon or hydrocarbon containing feedstock to a petrochemical mixture, includes a housing (204); a fluid bed distributor plate (206) located at a bottom of the housing (204); a regeneration zone (240) and a stripping zone (241) located above the fluid bed distributor plate (206), in which catalytic particles (214) are housed; a reaction zone (242) located above the stripping zone (241); and a condensation zone (246) located above the reaction zone (242), in which a petrochemical product fluid (250) is condensed.

Dans la présente invention, une unité de réaction (202) pour la conversion catalytique d'une charge d'alimentation hydrocarbonée ou contenant des hydrocarbures en un mélange pétrochimique, comprend une enceinte (204); une plaque de distribution de lit de fluide (206) située au fond de l'enceinte (204); une zone de régénération (240) et une zone de dégazolinage (241) situées au-dessus de la plaque de distribution de lit fluidisé (206), dans lesquelles sont logées des particules catalytiques (214); une zone de réaction (242) située au-dessus de la zone de dégazolinage (241); et une zone de condensation (246) située au-dessus de la zone de réaction (242), dans laquelle un fluide de produit pétrochimique (250) est condensé.
