Abstract

An impact crusher is provided which comprises a frame defining a crushing chamber, a rotor provided with at least one hammer, at least one impact apron plate, and a rotor positioning device configured to adjust a rotational position of the rotor. The rotor positioning device comprises a piston motor coupled to the rotor and having a cylinder block comprising a plurality of cylinders; a plurality of pistons, a respective piston being slidably mounted in a respective cylinder; and a surface against which the pistons are configured to exert a force. The cylinder block and the surface are arranged for relative rotation, and the cylinder block or the surface is operatively coupled to the rotor, such that relative rotation of the cylinder block and the surface causes rotation of the rotor. The rotor positioning device is operable in two modes, wherein in the first mode, the piston motor is configured to actuate the pistons in a predetermined sequence such that the pistons cooperate with the surface to generate torque, thereby causing relative rotation of the cylinder block and the surface, causing rotation of the rotor. In the second mode, the piston motor is configured to arrange the pistons and/or the surface such that free rotation of the rotor is permitted.

L'invention concerne un broyeur à percussion qui comprend un cadre définissant une chambre de broyage, un rotor pourvu d'au moins un marteau, au moins une plaque de tablier de percussion, et un dispositif de positionnement du rotor configuré pour ajuster une position de rotation du rotor. Le dispositif de positionnement du rotor comprend un moteur à pistons couplé au rotor et présentant un bloc-cylindres comprenant une pluralité de cylindres; une pluralité de pistons, un piston respectif étant monté coulissant dans un cylindre respectif; et une surface contre laquelle les pistons sont configurés pour exercer une force. Le bloc-cylindres et la surface sont agencés pour avoir une rotation relative, et le bloc-cylindres ou la surface est couplé de manière fonctionnelle au rotor, de telle sorte que la rotation relative du bloc-cylindres et de la surface provoque la rotation du rotor. Le dispositif de positionnement du rotor peut fonctionner dans deux modes, dans le premier mode, le moteur à pistons est conçu pour actionner les pistons dans une séquence prédéterminée de telle sorte que les pistons coopèrent avec la surface pour générer un couple, provoquant ainsi une rotation relative du bloc-cylindres et de la surface, entraînant la rotation du rotor. Dans le second mode, le moteur à pistons est conçu pour agencer les pistons et/ou la surface de manière à permettre la rotation libre du rotor.
