The invention relates to a return spring of a disc brake pad intended to be mounted between the pad and a clevis, intended to compensate for the wear of an assembly formed by the brake disc and a lining of the brake pad, the spring comprising a first attachment portion (12) to the brake pad, a second attachment portion (14) to the clevis, and a third portion (16) connecting the first (12) and second (14) attachment portions, said V-shaped third portion (16) comprising a first branch (24) and a second branch (26) connected by a first fold (P1), in which, prior to assembly, the second branch (26) is planar and such that, when the second attachment portion (14) is attached to the clevis, said second branch (26) plastically deforms along a third fold such that the second branch (26) is no longer planar.

Ressort de rappel d'un patin de frein à disque destiné à être monté entre le patin et une chape, destiné à compenser l'usure d'un ensemble formé par le disque de frein et une garniture du patin de frein, le ressort comportant une première portion de fixation (12) au patin de frein, un deuxième portion de fixation (14) à la chape, et une troisième portion (16) reliant la première (12) et la deuxième (14) portion de fixation, ladite troisième portion (16) en V comportant une première branche (24) et une deuxième branche (26) reliées par un premier pli (P1), dans lequel, avant montage, la deuxième branche (26) est plane et est telle que, lors de la fixation de la deuxième portion de fixation (14) sur la chape, ladite deuxième branche (26) se déforme plastiquement le long d'un troisième pli de sorte que la deuxième branche (26) ne soit plus plane.
