Abstract

The invention relates to a method for treating a metal part made of at least one metallic element selected from aluminium, titanium, magnesium and alloys thereof so as to endow the part with protection from corrosion and with properties of adhesion to a coating composition, said method comprising in succession the following steps: a) a step of forming an organic film on the part by reduction of at least one aryldiazonium salt; b) a step of forming an oxide layer on the part resulting from step a) by subjecting it to anodizing or to a chemical conversion without hexavalent chromium.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de traitement d'une pièce métallique en au moins un élément métallique choisi parmi l'aluminium, le titane, le magnésium et les alliages de ceux-ci en vue de conférer à la pièce une protection contre la corrosion et des propriétés d'adhérence vis-à-vis d'une composition de revêtement, ledit procédé comprenant successivement les étapes suivantes: a) une étape de formation sur la pièce d'un film organique par réduction d'au moins un sel d'aryldiazonium; b) une étape de formation d'une couche d'oxyde sur la pièce issue de l'étape a) par soumission de celle-ci à une anodisation ou à une conversion chimique sans chrome hexavalent.
