Abstract

The invention relates to the use of a benzoxazine resin (12) for bonding a monofilament (10), consisting of a glass-resin composite that comprises glass filaments (101) embedded into a thermoset polyester resin (102), to a thermoplastic material (14), particularly polyester; and to a method for the adhesion of such a monofilament to the thermoplastic material (14), involving at least the following steps: impregnating the monofilament (10) with a benzoxazine resin (12) in liquid state; after impregnation, heat-treating the now impregnated monofilament (10) in order to at least partially polymerise the benzoxazine resin (12); depositing, onto the now bonded monofilament (10), the thermoplastic material (14) in molten state; and, once cooled, optionally heat-treating the now coated monofilament (R-1, R-2) in order to fully polymerise the benzoxazine resin (12) in contact with the thermoplastic material (14).

Utilisation d'une résine benzoxazine(12) pour le collage d'un monobrin (10) en composite verre-résine comportant des filaments de verre (101) noyés dans une résine polyester thermodurcie (102), à une matière thermoplastique (14), notamment polyester; procédé pour faire adhérer un tel monobrin à la matière thermoplastique (14), comportant au moins les étapes suivantes: imprégner le monobrin (10) par une résine benzoxazine (12) à l'état liquide; après imprégnation, traiter thermiquement le monobrin (10) ainsi imprégné, afin de polymériser au moins en partie la résine benzoxazine (12); déposer, sur le monobrin (10) ainsi encollé, la matière thermoplastique (14) à l'état fondu; après refroidissement, optionnellement traiter thermiquement le monobrin ainsi revêtu (R-1, R-2) pour polymériser totalement la résine benzoxazine (12) au contact de la matière thermoplastique (14).
