The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a brazed plate type heat exchanger (1) comprising the following steps: a) stacking, with a clearance, a plurality of plates (2) parallel to each other so as to define, between said plates (2), a plurality of passages (3) suitable for the flow of at least one fluid, said passages (3) being delimited by peripheral edges (4) and at least one passage (3) comprising at least one zone (12) to be supported emerging towards the outside of the passage (3) through at least one opening (5) of a peripheral edge (4); b) arranging at least one support member (11) in the zone (12) to be supported; c) brazing the stack of plates (2) comprising the support member (11); and d) removing the support member (11) from the zone (12) to be supported through the opening (5). According to the invention, the support member (11) is deformable and, in step d), a traction force is exerted on the support member (11) so as to cause a deformation in at least one part of the support member (11) and a translation movement of the support member (11) towards the outside of the passage (3).

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un échangeur de chaleur (1) du type à plaques brasées comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) empiler avec espacement plusieurs plaques (2) parallèles les unes aux autres de façon à définir entre lesdites plaques (2) une pluralité de passages (3) adaptés pour l'écoulement d'au moins un fluide,lesdits passages (3) étant délimités par des bords périphériques (4) et au moins un passage (3) comprenant au moins une zone à supporter (12) débouchant vers l'extérieur du passage (3) par au moins une ouverture (5) d'un bord périphérique (4), b) agencer au moins un organe de supportage (11) dans la zone à supporter (12), c) braser l'empilement de plaques (2) comprenant l'organe de supportage (11), et d) retirer l'organe de supportage (11) de la zone à supporter (12) par l'ouverture (5). Selon l'invention, l'organe de supportage (11) est déformable et, à l'étape d), une force de traction est exercée sur l'organe de supportage (11) de façon à entraîner une déformation d'au moins une partie de l'organe de supportage (11) et un mouvement de translation dudit organe de supportage (11) vers l'extérieur du passage (3).
