Abstract

The present invention relates to an arrangement and a method for controlling a gas flow separated from a suspension of medium consistency pulp. The pulp is treated in a pulp treatment apparatus comprising at least a first pump and a second pump, wherein the second pump is a degassing centrifugal pump provided with a degassing system which comprises - a degassing conduit in which a degassing valve is arranged for regulating a pressure difference between an inlet of the second pump and the degassing conduit. The degassing system further comprises a pressurized degassing vessel working under overpressure and having an inlet and an outlet, wherein the outlet of the vessel is connected to a pressure control valve for maintaining a desired overpressure in the vessel.

La présente invention concerne un agencement et un procédé de commande d'un flux de gaz séparé d'une suspension de pâte à consistance moyenne. La pâte est traitée dans un appareil de traitement de pâte comprenant au moins une première pompe et une seconde pompe, la seconde pompe étant une pompe centrifuge de dégazage pourvue d'un système de dégazage qui comprend un conduit de dégazage dans lequel une soupape de dégazage est agencée pour réguler une différence de pression entre une entrée de la seconde pompe et le conduit de dégazage. Le système de dégazage comprend en outre un récipient de dégazage sous pression fonctionnant en surpression et comprenant une entrée et une sortie, la sortie du récipient étant reliée à une soupape de commande de pression pour maintenir une surpression souhaitée dans le récipient.
